Artificial Lift- Electrical Submersible Pump- Progressive Cavity Pumps

Artificial lift enhances oil production by boosting reservoir pressure. Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) use a multi-stage centrifugal pump to lift fluids efficiently from deep wells. Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP) use a rotating screw-like rotor to move viscous fluids. Both methods improve recovery and optimize production performance.

Horizontal Centrifugal Pump, Horizontal Multiphase Progressive cavity pump

Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps use rotating impellers to move fluids efficiently, commonly used for high-flow, low-viscosity applications in drilling and production. Horizontal Multiphase Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP) handle a mix of oil, gas, and water by using a screw-like rotor for continuous flow, ideal for multiphase fluid handling in oilfields. Both pumps enhance fluid transfer efficiency in drilling operations.

Coal bed Methane

Coal Bed Methane (CBM) is a natural gas extracted from coal seams. It is formed by the adsorption of methane onto coal surfaces and is released through drilling and dewatering. CBM is a clean energy source used for power generation, industrial applications, and residential heating. Efficient extraction methods help maximize gas recovery while minimizing environmental impact.

Flow Measurement

Flow measurement is essential in drilling to monitor fluid movement, optimize operations, and ensure well control. It involves measuring the rate of drilling mud, oil, gas, or water flow using devices like flow meters, Coriolis meters, and ultrasonic sensors. Accurate flow measurement enhances efficiency, safety, and resource management in drilling and production processes.

Production Optimization

Production optimization involves improving oil and gas recovery by enhancing well performance and efficiency. It includes techniques like artificial lift, reservoir management, flow assurance, and real-time monitoring. By reducing downtime and maximizing output, production optimization ensures sustainable and cost-effective hydrocarbon extraction.

Well Services

Well services include a range of operations to maintain, enhance, and restore well performance. These services include well completion, stimulation, intervention, workover, and abandonment. Proper well servicing ensures efficient production, extends well life, and maximizes hydrocarbon recovery.

Multiphase Surface Progressive Cavity Pump

Revolutionizing Oil & Gas Production with Advanced Multiphase Pumping
Multiphase pumping has become a critical component in many production schemes. Far from being a niche technology, it is fast becoming a standard component of the modern oil and gas production system. Multiphase pumps provide cost savings and operation flexibility in applications as diverse as onshore heavy oil and subsea/offshore conventional oil.

PCP is a positive displacement pump; PCP consists of two components: a single
winding rotor with a round cross-section and a stationary element called the
stator. We at NOVA Petroleum Services provide a complete solution for the
design and supply of all components for Multiphase Applications.
We supply all equipment, including Skid Mounted, Pump ( Pump, consistent
stator, Rotor ), ( Fixed Speed or Variable Speed Drive, Gearbox, Electric
Motor, Junction Box, surface electrical, and unique control system. We have
established alliances with leading manufacturers to produce PCP at a very
robust and very affordable price compared to others.
Stator Elastomers
At NOVA Petroleum Services, we understand that elastomers are a critical
component in PCP operational situations. Our commitment to selecting the best
materials for H2S, CO2, and high-temperature conditions is a key factor in
ensuring the reliability and longevity of our equipment, giving our customers
peace of mind.

We have developed a series of elastomer formulas under different conditions,
showcasing our adaptability and problem-solving skills in meeting diverse
operational challenges.
